Images: Five digitally produced images on CD or DVD
4 images showing current work in media category and one which shows typical booth set-up.

Non-refundable application fee of $30 made payable to Rockford Art Museum

Standard Booth Fee | $200 per 10' x 10' space
Special Location Request | $50
