ART IN BLOOM was presented June 28–30, 2016, by Rockford Art Museum in partnership with Anderson Japanese Gardens, Klehm Arboretum & Botanic Garden, and Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens, a facility of Rockford Park District; and supported in part by Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau. The event was chaired by David Boccignone.
